By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the 23 Maven mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 23 Maven, a Texas-based company. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organization, you affirm that you have authority to agree on their behalf.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes violating any applicable law or regulation, impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliation, attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or uploading harmful code or disrupting services.

To use certain features, including sharing endorsements or receiving personalized notifications, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach, and accept full responsibility for activities under your account.

All content, software, and functionality in the App—including but not limited to logos, images, text, design elements, and code—is owned by or licensed to 23 Maven and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without express written permission.

The App allows you to create and share endorsements, business reviews, and messages ("User Content"). By posting such content, you grant 23 Maven a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for promotional or operational purposes. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove or moderate content at our discretion.23 Maven includes social and messaging features such as push notifications, SMS or in-app text communications, and endorsement sharing with your network. By enabling these features, you consent to receive such communications. You may manage your notification preferences through your account or device settings.

With your explicit consent, we may collect and use your device’s location data to enhance the App’s functionality, including tailoring local content, features, or recommendations. You may revoke location access at any time via your device settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion without notice if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or engaged in behavior harmful to the App or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that any content is accurate or reliable, or that your use will be secure or meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 23 Maven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses—resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 23 Maven, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Texas.

23 Maven respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information in connection with our App.

We may collect personal information you provide, including your name, email address, and business endorsements. With your consent, we may collect location data to enhance app features. We also collect device and usage data such as IP address, device type, and interaction patterns.

We use your information to operate and maintain the App, personalize content and features, improve user experience through analytics, send updates and alerts, provide support, and ensure platform safety and security.

Your participation in community features may include submitting text messages or endorsements. These may be visible to other users or shared within your network. Do not share confidential or sensitive information.We use analytics and optimization tools including Google Analytics, Firebase, MixPanel, UserPilot, and Pendo. These services may collect anonymized data to help us understand how the App is used. We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data with trusted service providers who support the App (e.g., analytics, cloud storage), with legal authorities when required, or in a business transfer situation such as a merger or acquisition. Third parties are required to protect your information and use it only as directed.

We implement safeguards including encryption, access controls, and secure server environments. While we work to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for legal or business purposes. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.If you use the App from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., subject to U.S. law and protections.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
